Founded by Jerry Rulsky, a trial attorney with years of experience litigating and trying cases for a national personal injury firm, the firm was intentionally designed to move away from the high-volume, assembly-line model that dominates much of the industry. The goal was simple: bring the same level of leverage, preparation, and credibility used against insurance companies nationwide, while restoring trust, transparency, and access for clients.
